International Cultural Exchange Duration – 2-3 weeks

Participation Fee – $500 USD per performer

Since 2003, over 500 young people were awarded to be in 40 youth groups that traveled internationally and shared their talent and culture with over 1 000 000 people.


For last 5 years organized groups visited over 300 public schools, Universities, Colleges and provided educational multicultural programs.


  • Provides a structure for talented young people from around the wide to share their talents, be cultural ambassadors of their country, and learn about the United States of America. Performers are selected from Public Schools, Cultural Arts Centers, Music schools, Colleges and Universities, Dance Academies, and other Arts and culture-related Institutions In the US and Internationally.
  • Has been building bridges across cultures through music and dance for almost a decade. By introducing their culture to the People around the world, young cultural ambassadors get a great opportunity to learn American and World’s Culture, history, and people.

Terms and Conditions

Date 

2021 fall to 2022 summer

Participants

Youth and Young adults with achievements in Music, Arts, Dancing and General Studies. Members of the group are truly young ambassadors of their home country.

  1. Age Limits – All performers should be between 14 and 21 years.
  2. Number of Participants – The number of participants in each group should not exceed 13 performers and one Director/Choreographer.
  3. Application Deadline – From now until 01st June 2021.
  4. Application Method – The application can be made online. Fill in all the necessary information before the application deadline.

Selection

5. In order to present diverse performances to the audience, the organizer reserves the right to select the appropriate groups to participate in the Project.

6. Confirmation Letter  – If your group is selected, you will receive a confirmation letter including instructions for paying the participation fee. Payments can be made by PayPal, VISA card, Master Card, or Wire Transfer.

Performances

7. Each group must prepare and perform a 45-60 min length program as a group and perform as part of the presentation/concert/workshop etc. Live and recorded music are acceptable.

8. Requirements of Costumes – During the actual performance, performers have to wear their national/traditional costumes or performance costumes. 

9. Scenery and Props – All groups have to prepare their own scenery and props for each performance. 

Activities

To achieve the goal of “cultivating friendship and youth exchange”, the organizer will provide the following activities for the groups of the Project:

10. Artistic Performance Workshops – The organizer will provide venues to hold artistic performance workshops to show their talents. The organizer will provide venues and basic audio equipment.

11. Cultural tour – A complimentary cultural tour will be arranged by the organizer for all groups. Some tours/attractions could cost an extra fee.

Support from the Organizer

12. Visa – The organizer will send an official Invitation and help with the process of getting a US visa. The group is responsible for Visa payments.

13. Transport  – The groups are to be responsible for roundtrip Airfare to and from the USA. The organizer will provide 15 passenger van, and trailer for costumes and personal belongings for the groups to travel across the states during the project.

14. Accommodation and meals – The organizer will provide accommodation and meals. The group can have an allowance for the Hotel Accommodation and meals if not agree to stay with host families, or not satisfied with prepared arrangements.

Rules to Be Observed by Dance Groups 

The participating groups will have to:

15. Each participant is required to arrange his/her own travel medical insurance as well as the PCR Covid-19 tests during his/her visit to/from the USA. 

16. Follow the scheduled programs; addition, cancellation or alteration of programs is not allowed.

17. Attend all relevant activities arranged by the organizer.

18. Leave USA after the end of the project.

19. Follow the arrangements and instructions given by staff members of the organizer.

20. Be punctual for all activities; late arrival or early leave is not allowed.

21. Avoid holding or participating in any public political or religious activities during the project.

22. Cooperate with the organizer to achieve a successful project.

Rights of the project 

The project reserves the right to

23. Film and take photos of the performances and related activities, as well as to publish relevant materials.

24. Cancel or change the activity schedule or programs if necessary.

25. Make final decisions on all matters related to the project and final interpretation of the terms in the Terms and Conditions.
